Below is a list of our volunteer opportunities for the 2024 Marching Season. In order to volunteer, please sign up using the appropriate link below.
Reminders of your volunteer status will occur on/around the first and third Monday of each month during marching season. Please note that volunteer hours should ybe accurate by the second cycle of the volunteer status update in order for your volunteer hours to be accounted for. When you volunteer you must scan the 2024 SLE Band Boosters: Parent Volunteer Form QR Code in addition to signing up on the sign-up genius in order for your volunteering to be accounted for. If both steps do not happen, your volunteering will not count. 7/29/24-8/9/24- Volunteers for Uniform Fittings for Marching/Concert/Symphonic Bands 8/10/24- Band Camp Potluck (food donation does not fulfill volunteer requirement) 9/6/24- Home Football Game 9/7/24- Walled Lake Preview Show 9/14/24- Lakeland Competition- DOUBLE SHOW 9/17/24- Fall Mum Delivery 9/20/24- Home Football Game 9/21/24- Grand Blanc Competition 9/24/24- Fall Food Truck Frenzy *9/27/24- Homecoming Tailgate with Families RSVP with FORM 9/27/24- Homecoming Football Game 9/28/24- Pumpkinfest Parade *10/5/24- All Day Rehearsal Breakfast (food donation does not fulfill volunteer requirement) 10/12/24- Clarkston Competition 10/19/24- Novi Fanfare Competition *10/25/24- Senior Night/Middle School Night/ Home Football Game *10/26/24- M.C.B.A. Prelim- Soup Day (food donation does not fulfill volunteer requirement) 10/26/24- M.C.B.A. Prelim Competition 11/2/24- M.C.B.A. STATE FINALS COMPETITION |
FIRST TUESDAY OF EVERY MONTH IS SOUTH LYON EAST BAND PIZZA NIGHT!! Order pizza from Toarmina's on the first Tuesday of each month and they will donate a percentage of their profits that day to our band! No day for July! |
